Ski passes for the Sölden ski area, Ötztal Super ski passes, group ski passes and tickets for the James Bond experience world 007 ELEMENTS are available in the online shop. Choose the type of ticket, enter your e-mail address and your details and pay with your preferred method. After purchasing the tickets, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a QR code. With the ticket QR code, you can pick up your ski tickets at the pick up machines, at the ski lift cash desks or at the sales partners (hotels or sports shop).

EXCEPTION 007 ELEMENTS TICKETS: This ticket entitles you to direct access. Simply hold the barcode directly at the Gaislachkoglbahn entrance and 007 Elements under the designated reading area, and off you go.

In the online shop, ski passes can be purchased up to 22% cheaper. Our online pricing system operates on automation and dynamic parameters. Various factors, including the seasonal period, volume of orders, day of the week, and historical data, influence the prices. In general, those who book early are guaranteed to benefit from the best price. The discount will shrink over time depending on demand and time – the closer you get to or the more popular your desired date is, the higher the price. Up to five days before the date of validity, the ski ticket price in the online ticket shop is always cheaper than on-site. After that, the cash desk price also applies online.

All day ski passes from 1 to 14 days as well as group ski passes can be purchased online. Half-day tickets and 1.5-day passes are excluded here.

Discounts for seniors (75+), children (born 2016-2019) and people with disabilities (from 60% disability) are only available on-site at the lift ticket offices of the Sölden cable cars.

The Ötztal Superskipass is available from 3+ days and is valid in all ski areas in the Oetztal valley - 361 km of ski slopes, 90 mountain lifts and 6 ski areas. Internationally renowned ski destinations like Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are included as well as the family-friendly ski regions of Hochoetz-Kühtai, Niederthai, Gries and Vent.

In the online shop, payment can be made with VPay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit as well as Mastercard Debit.

Please note that a 3D Secure procedure (i.e. Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) must be activated for credit and debit cards.

You can easily pick up your ski ticket on-site at one of the pick-up machines (without ski pass deposit), at sales partners and at the cash desks of Bergbahnen Sölden (with ski pass deposit of €3.00). Here you will find an overview of all pick-up stations:

Cancellation of ski passes is only possible with the cancellation protection upgrade, which is offered in the ticket shop when purchasing multi-day passes. The upgrade costs €3.00 per ski pass and day.

With the cancellation protection upgrade, ski passes are refunded up to 5 days before the 1st ski pass day without giving reasons.

Please inform us of your cancellation request by e-mail to orders@soelden.com, quoting the order number.

The upgrade can only be completed for the entire order. After selecting the tickets in the shopping cart, the cancellation protection can be optionally booked for all ski passes.

No cancellation protection upgrade is offered for groups of 20 or more.

The Slope Rescue Card includes the rescue service and first aid at no charge for injured persons within the entire secured Ski Area of Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Also, the transport of the rescued person by the slope rescue team is included, depending on the injury’s gravity – either by Akja sled, Skidoo or rescue bubble – to the Red Cross or rescue helicopter base. Costs arising from an Alpine rescue operation by a rescue helicopter are covered by the Slope Rescue Card subsidiarily and only in case the rescued person has no other valid rescue insurance which refunds the slope rescue costs (subsidiarity principle).

PLEASE NOTE: Costs arising from ambulance transports made by the Austrian Red Cross are not included and must be paid separately.

You can purchase a Sölden Slope Rescue Card at the checkout. It is also possible to obtain a Slope Rescue Card if you have already bought your ski pass at the cash desks on-site - but not after the accident has occurred. The term of insurance is equal to the period of validity of the ski pass (it's not possible to extend it).

Bergbahnen Sölden offers discounts for groups of 20 or more people:

-2% group discount is available from 23 Dec 23 until 31 Mar 24.
-12% group discount is available until 22 Dec 23 and from 01 Apr 24.
